We were tasked with up leveling their brand, both visually and through messaging. We landed on this idea of “Make Your Market”, which is a rallying cry for both buyers and realtors who can use this tool to their advantage. It also abstractly nods to the visual of a signature, where often we see an “X” noted where we sign documents, especially in real estate.
For the visual campaigns, we focused heavily on the data aspect that the Ten-X platform offers. By layering in this data onto actual buildings that are for sale through Ten-X, the properties become more than just buildings, and you can start to put tangible value on things that weren’t necessarily possible before.
